We want to express our sincere gratitude and let you know what a pleasant and rewarding experience it has been during the construction of our home.
Having heard some very negative stories from friends about their experiences with other builders, we were somewhat hesitant in searching for someone to construct our home. You very quickly and have consistently demonstrated that our hesitance was unnecessary. Whenever we have had questions, you were always available to take our calls and take the time to ensure we had the right answers. At baseball practice for your boys, on weekend trips out of town, or if you were on the golf course, it was never a problem for you to take our calls or call us with information. I don’t think that anyone would expect that type of service, and we want you to know how appreciative we are of that.
When you broke ground in March and told us that our custom home would be ready to move into in July, we were skeptical. And now we are on schedule to move in by the end of June. We have seen many homes constructed in this area, and we must say, this is truly a quality product that we are proud to be owners of.
Your attention to detail, customer service attitude, and dedication to getting the job done RIGHT is more than we could ever have expected.
If anyone asks us in the future if we have a recommendation for a builder, you can rest assured we will point them in your direction.

Dear Chuck,
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience we had building our home with you. I have a good friend of mine who is an attorney in Richmond that told me it was going to be the worst experience of my life. I was a little hesitant because Steve is usually right about these things. I went ahead and did it anyway and you built my family and I a gorgeous home and the process was great. We couldn’t be happier. I’m going to rib Steve about it when I see him next time. Rest assured you will be building my next house. If there is anything I can do for you let me know. By the way I am still going to get you down to a 10 handicap.
