Chuck Miller has been a homebuilder for 11 years and he has over 21 years experience in the home building industry. Chuck started in the building business when he was 16 years old working for a local builder as a laborer. He worked his way up through the company doing customer service and punchout work. He was running his own jobs by the time he was 19.

Starting his own company in 1995 Chuck concentrated on insurance, remodeling and repair work before going back into the new construction field.

Having personally built over 75 custom homes Chuck has always incorporated green features in his homes.

In 2006, EarthCraft announced that it was coming to Tidewater in the summer of 2007. Chuck drove the Charlottesville to get his certification before anyone else in Tidewater and became the first EarthCraft builder in Tidewater.

Chuck has committed to build green houses from here on in order to help preserve and protect not only the planet but his customers.

Chuck builds 5-7 houses a year. He works with the clients from the design stage through the construction of the house always keeping in close contact with his customers.
